From one hand, Mr. Girard repeatedly mentioned AlNi as a piezoelectric material and called it as an aluminum nitride (although AlNi = aluminum nickel!?). From another hand, Fig. 3 calls for Aluminum Nitrate (or Al2NO3) as a Piezoelectric layer. Very big carelessness!
